  • Choux Pastry (Profiteroles/Eclairs)
  • Handmade white bread
  • French Baguette
  • Savory Buns/hot dog buns/sausage buns/burger buns)
  • Short Crust Pastry (chicken and mushroom pie and almond cream tarts)
  • Wholemeal bread
  • Savory muffins and blueberry muffins
  • Sweetbread/fancy fruit buns
  • Cinnamon Rolls
  • Doughnuts and milk bread
  • Mini pizza and patty dough
